About my work

I create space of the kinds of conversations that help people reconnect with what matters most. My background as a therapist taught me to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and respond with care.

Today, I bring those skills into conversations designed for reflection, clarity and meaningful living.

This is a nonjudgemental space for honest conversations.

It is a place to slow down, think deeply, and reconnect with who and what matters most in your life. It’s a space created for exploring the questions and topics that don’t always have easy answers.

The best way to know if I’d be a good fit for you is to schedule a free discovery call. I look forward to connecting with you.

While I am a licensed therapist, these conversations are not therapy. However, if you are looking for thoughtful conversations to gain greater clarity about your life, this might be the place for you.

If you are looking for mental health treatment, diagnosis, or psychotherapy, I’d be happy to refer you to one of my skilled colleagues.

A bit about me

I was born in Minnesota, raised in Texas, and now have lived half of my life in both places. I studied Spanish and Psychology in college. That is also when I started dancing Salsa. I’ve done volunteer work in both Mexico and Chicago with Spanish speaking communities. My husband is from Guatemala and early in our relationship we bonded over our love of travel and new experiences (we did our honeymoon in Japan and Thailand).

We have two children, a bernedoodle (Ella), and a leopard gecko (Lelo). When I am not working I am on the sidelines of my son’s soccer games, doing handstands with my daughter, walking with friends around the lakes (I call it my “lake therapy”), practicing yoga, and walking barefoot in nature.
